Back Agency Management/Commercial Production Opportunity

I am a 29 year industry vet, located in SE Virginia, looking for an opportunity to either assume agency management, or, manage the commercial production of a small P&C agency. It will be my plan to double agency revenue within 5 years and position us as a significant producer in three niches - Hospitality, Government Entity, Sheltered Nonprofit.
