What apps or websites are beneficial for the P&C industry? Are there any free services that have provided you with the ability to research markets or sell an account?

Not sure what the cost is, if any since I am not involved in that aspect, but I find good results with either Silverplume(I think it's called Reference Connect/Vertefore now) or Rough Notes.
