Gridiron's Hotel and Motel program provides all of the coverages unique to this industry. Coverage extensions (free of charge) include: Money & Securities, Employee Dishonesty, Guest Property, Guest Relocation, Guest Evac. Exp., Reprogramming of Key System, Spoilage, Outdoor Signs plus 20 other extensions needed by this industry. Equipment Breakdown is included on every risk.
Optional Coverages include Wake-Up Call Liability, Employee Benefits, Hired and Non-Owned & Business Income on an Actual Loss Sustained basis.
The Program's target is Independent Properties up to $5,000,000 TIV and Franchised Risks up to $2,000,000 TIV per location. Franchised Risks over $2,000,000 TIV need to be submitted through Motel Insurance Brokers.
