Students Legal Liability is an innovative risk-transfer program that allows student housing property providers to manage risk and assist in mitigating losses caused by residents' negligent acts. SLL provides property management services to the student housing industry. Our program provides coverage for property owners/managers and residents for losses caused by resident negligence. Services include online monitoring of resident participation, customer support and training. Our proprietary software, database, monitoring and reporting systems manage the process. The programs interface with property management software for a seamless, simple operational daily exchange of information on the community and corporate level. Owners/Managers are able to dramatically control their P & C loss ratios. Based on participation SLL clients have realized 5% - 15% decreases on annual premiums from property P& C carriers. An ancillary revenue feature is also available. Students Legal Liability is available throughout the United States.
