Minimum premium is $1000with occurrence CPL and mold with defense outside the limitsfor most including general contractors with the exception of 4 classes.There are 4 classes with a $1500 MPwith coverage to include occurrence CPL and claims made mold. The classes are plumbers, HVAC, roofers and waterproofers. All policies come with blanket A/I, primary, waiver, non-contrib, transportation pollution and non-owned disposal sites.
