The Educators InNAVation(sm) provides coverage for school districts, their officers, trustees, directors, administrators, Board of Education, faculty, employees and volunteers that are legally obligated to pay covered damages resulting from a covered wrongful act caused by the "Insured" in performing or failing to perform their duties. A broad definition of claim includes administrative hearings and/or judicial proceedings resulting from services performed.
The policy is specifically designed for school districts with enrollments of up to 2,500 students. Limits of liability are available up to $10,000,000 for acceptable insureds based upon underwriting evaluation.
