Available to non-hazardous independent waste haulers in non-major metropolitan areas, generally cities and towns with less than 150,000 in population. No major metropolitan areas. Transfer stations are acceptable. Medical waste collection, owned landfills and hazardous waste haulers are covered through our hazardous waste hauler program administered by Freberg Environmental.
