Small Contractor Program over 35 classes of artisans and general contractors. Both commercial and residential building and remodeling are eligible. We also offer a limited number of classes for those working on new condominium and town home construction.

Annual sales of less than $6M
Primary occupation of the insured owner
At least three years of experience in the same type of construction
No more than one liability loss in the past three years
Acceptable credit score

Residential Tract Builder Program
This program is for those general contractor builders who work exclusively in residential tracts and start between five and fifty single family houses per year.
