Foreclosure / Eviction Cleanup Program

Special program which offers coverage for contractors preparing homes, condominiums, apartments and commercial buildings for sale or rental, after the prior owner or tenant has vacated the premises due to foreclosure or eviction. Services typically would include removing remaining belongings and trash, general cleaning and other incidental services, such as, cosmetic repairs, wall painting, removal and/or installation of new carpeting, floor refinishing, and landscape maintenance.
