Product is available in all states for accounts with 15 units or more generating in excess of $50,000 in premium, except: CA, LA, MA, MS and New York City.

Completed application, schedule B, mvr's, drivers required to have 2 years experience in like equipment, and financials for greater than 10 units.

Liability limits up to $1,000,000 CSL, Physical damage - no limit, aggregate stop loss, truckers excess - up to $5,000,000
