Nonprofits' Insurance Alliance of California (NIAC) provides a full range of coverages: General Liability (including coverage for special events, fundraisers, and volunteers); Auto Liability (owned and non-owned vehicles) Social Service Professional Liability; Improper Sexual Conduct Liability; Directors & Officers Liability; Umbrella; Liquor and Employee Benefits Liability. Through companion programs: APD and property. Organizations must be 501(c)(3) nonprofits to be insured by NIAC. NIAC currently insures more than 6,300 nonprofits throughout California. The Alliance of Nonprofits for Insurance, Risk Retention Group (ANI-RRG) NIAC's affiliate, provides the same coverages for 2,700 nonprofits outside California.
