    We have access to AIG's HO3 program for high valued/insured w/losses and financially troubled homeowners. Minimum premium of $300 but of course this home would be quoted higher than the minimum premium. Would be glad to help you. We are an MGA in Lake Oswego OR, outside of Portland OR.

    I heard what has been happening with homeowners cov in the So states. I have the same problem with clients in those areas. I have suggested they contact a local agent for Fair plan coverage and also ask their bank for leads. Good luck.
