Back E&O for real estate company w/ claims

 need E&O coverage.  current owner bought the "office" and took over the old EO policy.  There are claims.  current owner wants a policy in the new entity name (with new EIN) but we need a retro date.

CNA does pretty good for Real Estate agents. I'm not sure about agents with prior claims, none of mine have had any.
