Comm EQ for an Apt Bldg in SF,CA

    I need to find a competitive market for DIC for a 17 unit apartment building. Tarhet premium is around 16K. The incumbent is Golden Bear. ICW, SIU and V3 markets had been blocked. Please reply if you have a competive market. Thanks
