Liability Insurance for Fire Sprinkler Contractor in CT & NY

    I am desperately seeking a carrier that will not exclude coverage for Third Party over Action claims. We currently insure this contractor and we need to replace coverage asap to comply with very specific and broad insurance requirements. Premium is currently in the $35k range, but the Insured is prepared for a substantial premium increase.

    You may want to contact All Risks Ltd.  They are a wholesale broker with a number of proprietary insurance programs including one for fire suppresion and sprinkler contractors.  I'm not sure how their coverage form(s) treat third party over actions, but it may be worth a call.
