Calif Agent looking to place a P/T Moving Company

    I have a client that has been working part time, offering Moving services NO PRIOR COVERAGE. He would like to get coverage. This is the issue sometimes he is working for another company and just supplying labor and some times he is responsible for the entire project. He wants to get GL and Workers Comp !

    My only luck on these in the past was use of an E&S broker to get a market like London on the GL and CHARTIS was the only WC mkt besides the Assigned Risk willing to consider the TRKMN class exposure. If you need AUTO and CARGO too, you'll definitely need an E&S broker. National Indemnity and Progressive were doing the harder to place AUTO in the past. London again for Cargo on this class of new venture. That's my 2 cents. rb
