Residual Value Insurance- Commercial Real Estate

    I am looking for markets who will write Residual Value Insurance (RVI), My US based client is going to be developing mixed use properties (commercial/residential) in China and would like to place RVI  to help them with their deal structure and to lower borrowing costs.  Thank you for any insight you may have.

    Thank you for your reply. In reviewing your website I don't see any mention of RVI as a product you place. Can you send me a list of the markets who would underwrite this for you and what your success rate is with these kindsof placements?

    We are brokers/agents for carriers with vast numbers of programs that cannot be listed individually on our web site.  Our business it based on relationships and trust.

    I broker for several international carriers with operations in China who will offer property and liability coverags.  It is diffcult in the extreme to state what our "success rate is with these kind of placements" without written applications.
