  Looking for Liability protection for short term rentals in my clients private home. Property is currently set up as a two unit homeowners. Insured has changed from a regular tenant to short term travelers. Mainly because the money is so much better on short term basis. Does anyone know of a policy that will cover this exposure? PROPERLY!
