Client had a fire -- Kids playing with fire -- 3 kids 2 adults exprired two years ago. $300k Loss - no GL losses, 4 plex rebuilt with sprinkers this time. Building is covered but no General Liability. Who will write the GL -- Is there an Umbrella carrier that will take this if we have 25 to 50k self retention. Ideas?
