  Currently all replies to new threads have to be "moderated" that is, read and approved by our administrator. Typically your reply will be approved within a few hours at the most. We are working on a solution to allow users to post replies without the need for moderation and hope to have that feature available soon. Thank you for your patience as we work through this issue.

  If all this site is - is for wholesalers to drive by and pimp their brokerage - with their full email address website URL - in their signature - and no one else is - retail agent or otherwise...
  
  This forum will remain the dead zone.
  
  I agree that straight up drive by advertising is lame - but if someone contributes a fair amount of content on the topic/thread at hand - why does their signature get whacked off the post?

  See a lot of wholesalers and Cluster Agency Managers "advertising" their services and products yet - not a single banner ad on your site from them.
