Outsource Service Work

    I have an agency in Florida and we would like to outsource some of our service work. Has anyone had any success doing this? Where can I find firms that do this for Insurance Agencies? Thanks.

    I have observed that company normally used to out sourcing work because it really reduce the cost of the work, just because of outsourcing..
