Back CA Need Uber, Lift, and etc.syle taxi services Insurance; Who writes uber drivers?

Who has the market  for Uber, Lift and this style of insurance.
I have normal auto markets and all of them say no(mercury,kemper spec., infinity and etc).

Kent are you talking about UBER or just UBER X ??? if it is UBER X some of the personal lines do give you options, such as Farmers, Allstate etc.
If it is UBER commercial auto markets that cover Livery would be the ones to approach
