    single family home that is on the outside edge of an known avalanche area, but outside of the "high risk" area
    as designated by a county engineer.  Kahler Glen subdivision  in Leavenworth WA 98826

    I don't know of a specfic market but the Policy form you would need is a Difference in Conditions (DIC) policy that should be available through any GA
