I need to locate a policy for liability coverage for a client who is planning to start doing hair at her home. It will be a single hairdresser/single hair station in her finished basement. New equipment has been installed and a permit obtained and inspection by zoning and hairdressers licensing inspector. The business will be open 3 days a week by appointment only and a maximum of 4 clients a day. Gross receipts will be approximately
$12,000 anually. This client has 30 years of experience, and has never had a claim.

Depending upon the location state, there are 2-3 available markets. Email me with the state and I can help. Steve @ info@zoneinsurance.net

I have been able to find coverage commercially, but the homeowners company says they cannot stay on the homeowners even if she has a BOP. If she does this type of home business they do not want the homeowners at all. Does anyone have a homeowners market in KY for hairdresser in home or for future reference home daycare?
