We are an MGA that welcomes sub-standard and non-standard surety cases. We have in-house underwriting authority for these programs and offer a very fast turn around.

Jim Olsen Bonds or HCC Surety would be another one

Yes, HCC is a direct surety market that can do some collateral backed cases.
And Jim is an MGA too. I have known Jim for as long as I have been in the industry and he does have a good history of placing marginal accounts, like us.
Really, the only difference between Jim and South Coast Surety is in some cases our underwriting authority gives us a little more lattitude.
