I am looking for the best way to provide coverage for a 1950 home in florida that is part of an estate. The home is for sale, frame with brick exterior and slate roof. There is an individual that is living in the home until it sells. The individual took care of the ederly homeowner until they passed away, and has been allowed to stay in the house until it sells, rent free. There is current homeowners insurance that is being canceled, due to the homeowner/policy holder passing away, property being placed in an estate and put up for sale. There are no records for recent upgrades/improvements on the house, because the ederly homeowner was a carpenter and did the repairs and upkeep.

Try as a DP1 or DP3 with Lloyds or Scottsdale

I believe Universal (universalproperty.com) will write this as a standard market.
