I have a long haul trucker in WA that has his CDL for only 4 months. Any suggestions for markets?

Very tough one. Have you tried Progressive. I'm not sure if National Indemnity would even consider this one. You can give PRIME a try for the AL and then seek a surplus lines option for PhyDam, Cargo, and CGl. The new market venture market is very limited and this limited experience is going to make it even more difficult for you on this one. rb
