Back Designated Driver risk

Hi Guys, Does anyone know of a Hired & Non-Owned Auto program for a new venture Designated Driver company in New York. Insured will take 2 workers in a car, go to meet the drunk client and will have 1 worker drive the car back to the clients home while the other follows behind. This way client gets home safe w/ car and workers are always able to drop off and leave. We will need hired & non-owned auto, g/l 1mm/2mm and possibly an assault and battery policy.
