Back Need Market for surveillance robot

 I have a propespect who is developing a walking robot to do surveillance work for private industry and the military.  They expect to be in in the manufacturing stag in the next 18 months.  They have serious financial committments from both private investors and the defense department..  Need GL and products quotes.
