    We need access to a property insurance market (possibly ICAT or an E&S Broker) that can place property (including wind and Flood) on a small commercial risk on Long Island, NY.

    +/- $60K.  Indoor Baseball training center.  All BPP,  Built in 1964.  Cement Block construction.
