Back Need GL market for a closed mineral mine

Have a non-profit client that promotes education about the importance of protecting the various bat populations.  Has purchased for $1.00 a gated former mineral mine to protect it as a habitat for bats.  No one has access to it not open to public or anyone else - need liability.
