Janitorial risk (contract cleaning of residential condo/homes in between rentals). One claim drove the MOD to 1.31. Had coverage for 4 years and claim free until now. Interested? We need offers by 1/15/16.

I have a couple PEO markets that should be able to write this type of risk since it is a one time incident rather than frequency driving the mod. May be able to get the comp billed at a 1.0 Mod even.
