Workers comp - Nevada excavation contractor

    Need workers comp coverage for a nevada excavation contractor with payroll in California. Chartis has declined.
    about $20,000 premium.

    I have a few PEO's that can provided coverage for both of those states.  It will be tough to just cover the CA buisness but it is possible.

    We can write the GL (admitted) and WC for all states subject to an account minimum premium of $100,000.  Pollution and excess liability are also available.  Carrier - AM Best rated A (XV).

    I have the pen with AmTrust and can write the Comp in both States but will need the package policy also.
