Short Term Rental

    Have a client that has a short term rental property in TX 200+miles from the coast.  My normal market doesn't want to add the property management company as an AI.  House is in good condition, recently updated, new roof, hvac, electrical, and most plumbing, all updates done in 2002.

    Just have to find a carrier that will put the property managment co on as an AI.
