I have a small roofing contractor in Arkansas that let their insurance lapse about 10 days ago. It was with Essex and based on sales. Premium about $6000 total. Trying to keep the premium somewhere is this range. Total sales $150,000 and Payroll $60,000 plus owner. 80 % residential and 20% commerical

Hi! We write this class code but not as the clients stands. I would suggest to get this insured in to the pool real quick, then shop out insurance after the fact. Unless, someone can get you a quote of course.
It will get harder to write this high rated class code the further the lapse widens. 10 day mark is were a lot of carriers will stop accepting no loss letters as well.
