Professional liability and the statute of repose

  Has anyone encountered contract langugage that deals with an insured's requirement to maintain both (a) completed operations and (b) professional liability coverage for a period equal to a statutue of repose (normally 8-10 years)?   If so, could you share with me that contract language as we have a couple of large general contractors that want to incorporate this language into their submittal to their corporate attorney for review.   THANKS!!!!
