Back Anyone work with Patriot Hospitality for restaurants?

Just wondering if anyone else is having issues with this facility.  They are very unresponsive and don't issue renewal quotes on time.  When they do issue a quote it doesn't list any of the forms on the policy and it's E&S paper!  Just wondering if they came out with this program before they were ready.  

So far the experience is horrible trying to quote new business. Aren't they the old RCA?

I know they use Pro-Sight who RCA was using.  We send new business but everything gets declined.  Have only written one account, but now the service is very bad on it.
