Back Fallen Tree on Condo Unit

Insured reached out and writes:

"Huge tree recently felt down on my condo unit and damaged roof and made a whole in main ceiling diameter is 10 inches.

My Association told me it is my responsibility to repair the whole in the ceiling and their to fix the roof. Are they right?”

Any help on this is appreciated!

any part of your condo unit that does not share a wall  floor or anything like that is your responsibility as for your Association telling you fix the hole & they will fix the roof, if your ceilling and the roof have a crawl space in between yes they are correct, you need to fix yours and they will fix the roof
