Back Hired & Non-Owned Auto

I am looking for Hired & Non-Owned Auto for a company that arranges for patients to driven to medical appointments.  They use limousine/car service companies that all provide proof of auto liability naming our client as an Additional Insured.

Does anyone know of a carrier or MGA that has a market for this type of risk?
