Have a client with a warehouse/office operation in a 70K square foot facility. Client is looking for a policy that will provide loss of income/rents for a 24 month period of time. Concern is the length of time to rebuild a large facility including the time to get thru the planning/permit phase. Does not want to be without income in situation of a major/total loss. Currente estimate to rebuild existing structure is $5MM-$6MM.

Did you review page 7 regarding the definition of "period or restoration" on the CP0030 Business Income (and Extra Expense) Coverage Form? This scenario might be included within the coverage form along with an extended period of indemnity endorsement. If you have any questions or concerns we can talk.
