Garden Apartment Complex - In NJ

    I have a new piece of business which is a package risk. The insured owns an apartment building complex in Northern New Jersey comprised of 290 units divided between 7 buildings. The construction is joisted masonry. There is a cinderblock firewall which divides every 4 units. The insured has owned the property for 45 years. There are no fuse systems or aluminum wiring. The insured reports that loss experience is very good and we are in the process of obtaining hard copy loss runs.
    Please advise if you would be a market for this risk.
