I have a client with a california land parcel on about 6 acres, surrounded by vineyards and homes that have about $45,000 value wood horse fence surrounding the parcel. the owner was going to build his home on the property but this has been postponed. The insurance need is on the fence only. No liability is needed as this is extended from his homeowners. The risks to be insured are fire and vandelism.

    Happy MLK Jr. day!
I may be able to help you with this one. I'll need some information about the fence (age, current condition). If you send me an Acord 125 & 140, I'll get to work on it.

    Thanks,
