Insured going into US from Mexico

    I have an insured that lives in Mexico and wants to go into TX, NM, and AZ doing trucking for hire- reefer. He needs insurance for when he goes into those states. He has a permit to operate in the US and will be garaging the trucks sometimes at a location in El Paso in TX. I am not sure if there really are any markets for those sort of operation, please let me know if you have any suggestions!
