Multi-State WC-AbovegroundTank Inspections

    Looking for a WC market for an insured that does visual inspections of aboveground tanks for the petroleum industry. The insured has employees is PA, CT, WV & FL. Current carrier is non-renewing due to "change in appetite, no longer meets underwriting guidelines." Expiring premium is approx $17,000, so we have gotten several declinations due "premium vs exposure."

    I have several PEO markets that will consider this risk.  The PEO relationship will also aleviate some of the burden associated with managing payroll and taxes for multiple states.

    Please let me know if this is an option.
