Alaska Agent looking for personal lines hazard insurance for a property that the private lender has started foreclosure proceedings on.  Buyer defaulted on real estate contract and buyers homeowners insurance has cancelled.  Any idea on the best way for the owner/lender to insure this property until the foreclosure has settled?
