Payout if home is rezoned as in a flood zone in Illinois

    I'm considering purchasing a home that is not in a flood zone, but is very near one.  FEMA is revising flood maps next year.  I'm looking for a policy that would pay if the home is re-zoned into a flood zone within the next 5 years.
