We provide the following insurance solutions for property managers such as you: Professional Liability Coverage Coverage A - Errors & Omissions Coverage Provides coverage if sued while providing professional services in the management or leasing of property. Automatic Wrongful Eviction Coverage provided for the management of Residential Property Personal Injury Coverage (Optional 10% additional charge) - (1) false arrest, detention or imprisonment, wrongful entry or Wrongful Eviction, or other invasions of private occupancy or malicious prosecution; and (2) the publication or utterance of a libel or slander to other defamatory or disparaging material, or a publication or an utterance in violation of an individual's right of privacy. Additional Insured Status for the Property Owner Client – automatic additional insured status for any entity for whom the Named Insured has agreed to provide Professional Services. Defense outside of the Limits Defense of Insureds at Local and State Real Estate Boards - $2,500 per incident/$5,000 per year Coverage B – Tenant Discrimination (Optional) Defense and indemnification if sued by a third party for allegations of discrimination Coverage C – Employment Practices (Optional) If sued in your capacity as an employer for wrongful employment acts, and if you are sued by individuals who are actually employed by the owner of the building being managed.
