    Why are you looking for a BOP program?   This is a tougher class of contractor and very, very few would consider doing it on a contractors BOP program.  Why not open up the market and consider other contractors programs?

    Yes, Zurich still can be accessed through the Tower Program, this is my contact there, they do WC & GL, not sure about the other lines. Competitive pricing on the WC.  You can tell him Bonnie Krigsman at Independent Insurance Group in Dallas recommended.
