Back Workers Comp - MI - NEMT

Looking for a standard market (does not want a PEO) that will look at an account with a high exp mod  (2.0) for a Michigan non emergency medical transportation operation.  Currently with assigned risk but got hammered with surcharges in addition to the addition premium due to the exp mod.  Class code 7212 Payroll $400K.

I have a standard market option, but minimum premium is $50k. 

You might check with Applied Underwriters. Not sure if the premium will be enough to get them interested but they have some standard programs that work well for contractors with high mods.
