I have a client that is a gentlemen farmer. His fulltime profession is owner of an appliance sales and repair store.

He and his father have raised beef cattle for many years. Between 5-8 cows a year. They have the land and have done this as a pastime. The current carrier has a limitation of no more than 6 animals. I have the barns, sheds and garages already covered under their current homeowners policy.

This happens to be the same carrier for the past 20 years. What markets are there that will cover just the added exposure for liability of 6 to 8 or more cows.

    Try American Reliable or Travelers.
Both do these in the western states.
